These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jillipg ("jillipg," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jillipg online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at jillipg.com and any associated mobile interfaces.

By registering an account, accessing the jillipg platform, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an account on jillipg, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing jillipg from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jillipg or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from jillipg or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

jillipg reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Any winnings accrued by an ineligible player may be forfeited.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account on jillipg. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your jillipg account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials, including your username and password, strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify jillipg immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

jillipg shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in these Terms. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your jillipg account.

All financial transactions on jillipg are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jillipg supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your jillipg account are available for gaming purposes only. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. jillipg does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. jillipg reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Anti-Money Laundering: jillipg complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. jillipg may report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jillipg reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, as notified to players.

jillipg offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published alongside each individual promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players only. jillipg reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.
• jillipg reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity in connection with a promotion.
• In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

All games available on jillipg are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on jillipg, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

jillipg uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game environment.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jillipg platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with jillipg games or systems.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such gains must be reported to jillipg immediately and may be reclaimed.
• Attempting to launder money or use jillipg for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jillipg staff, other players, or live dealers through any communication channel.
• Accessing jillipg from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content on the jillipg platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of jillipg or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jillipg platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from jillipg without prior written consent.

jillipg collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using jillipg, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillipg, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jillipg platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities.

jillipg's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

jillipg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the platform.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to jillipg, other players, or third parties.
• You have requested self-exclusion under jillipg's Responsible Gaming policy.

You may close your jillipg account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and compliance checks) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, less any applicable fees.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jillipg operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

jillipg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the jillipg platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of jillipg following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using jillipg and may request account closure.
